Easy. Delicious. Two ratings stated that the noodles should be cooked before making the dish. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons oleo (butter) |
1 pound ground beef |
1 large onion, chopped |
2 1/2 cups uncooked noodles |
1 (14 1/4 ounces) can corn |
1/2 cup ripe olives, chopped |
2 cups canned tomatoes |
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Brown beef and onion in butter in iron skillet. 3. Pour off some grease. 4. Add tomatoes and noodles. 5. Cook until noodles are tender, adding water if necessary. 6. Add corn and olives. 7. Turn mixture into a 13x9x2 greased casserole. 8. Sprinkle with cheese. 9.
