                                                500 g beef , thinly sliced and mixed with 2 tbsp lemon juice , 1 tsp tomato paste , 3 tbsp curry pwd , 1 tsp pepper pwd and kept for 30 mins  |  
                                                1 carror sliced  |  
                                                4 onions and 4 garlic sliced  |  
                                                2tsp ginger paste  |  
                                                2 tbsp dark soysauce  |  
                                                8 c water  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Fry the onion , garlic and the ginger 2. Add the beef and stir well for 1 min 3. Add the carrot and the sauce 4. Pour in the water and bring to boil 5. Cook until tender                              |
