Beef And Cabbage Soup

This hearty soup is perfect for a large crowd!
Ingredients:
1 lb. of ground beef
1/2 chopped large onion
5 c. of chopped cabbage
2 (16 oz.) cans of red kidney beans, drained
2 c. of water
24 oz. of tomato sauce
4 beef bouillon cubes
2 tbsp. of vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. of ground cumin
1 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of pepper
Directions:
1. First you want to heat some olive oil in a pot over medium flame.
2. Then you can saute your beef and onion.(let this cook until done)
3. Next drain off fat.
4. Then you can pour beef mixture into a crock pot.
5. Then add in the cabbage, kidney beans, water, tomato sauce, bouillon, cumin, salt and pepper.
6. Cover this and cook on high for approx. 4 hrs.
7. Stir occassionally and Enjoy!
