Seems like Army food to me, but BOY was it GOOD! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons canola oil |
1 onion (chopped) |
1 lb ground beef |
salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste) |
1/2 medium cabbage (shredded) |
3 carrots (peeled, grated) |
2 bay leaves (ground) |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a wok. 2. Add onion. Saute 5 minutes. 3. Add beef. Brown. Season. 4. Add the cabbage, carrots and bay leaves. Saute until crisp tender. |
