Beef and Brie Sandwich With Green Chili Mustard-Mayonnaise |

nice sandwiches Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise |
1 cup dijon mustard |
1/2 cup hot canned green chili |
1/2 ounce garlic |
48 slices pumpernickel bread or 48 slices dark rye |
24 lettuce leaves |
3 lbs roast beef, thinly sliced |
2 1/4 lbs brie cheese, sliced |
1 lb cornichon pickle, sliced lengthwise |
2 1/4 lbs tomatoes, sliced |
Directions:
1. Combine mustard, hot chiles and garlic in food processor or blender; process until smooth. Add mayonnaise to mustard mixture and stir until combined. Cover and refrigerate. 2. For each sandwich spread 2 bread slices with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture each. Top with lettuce, beef, cheese, cornichons and tomatoes. Top with remaining bread slice. |
