Dinner dish Ingredients:
1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt |
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese |
1/2 teaspoon horseradish |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 lb steak |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
4 cups romaine lettuce |
1 red bell pepper |
1/4 cup red onion |
5 flour tortillas |
Directions:
1. mix yogurt blue cheese horseradish and half the pepper, cover and put in fridge. 2. on middle high heat cook the steak in strips for about 4 to 6 minutes and season with the remaining pepper and all the salt. When done cooking let stand for 5 minutes and then cut in to bit sized pieces. 3. Chop lettuce bell pepper and onion and mix them together in in a bowl. 4. spread blue cheese dressing on tortilla and evenly divide lettuce mixture and meat between the 5 tortillas. |
