Beef and Black Bean Taco Filling

Good and healthy filling for tacos, or a nice taco salad
Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef
2 tablespoons cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes and green chilies
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (15 ounce) can black beans
1 cup chicken broth
salt
Directions:
1. Season the ground beef with cumin, chili powder and salt. Brown the beef and drain it. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until the liquid is gone, about 30 minutes.
