mince beef Ingredients:
4 g olive oil |
6 g minced garlic |
502 g minced beef |
192 g onion, diced |
212 g carrot, sliced |
150 ml water |
4 g vegetable stock cube |
414 g baked beans |
254 g black beans |
1 dash cumin |
1 dash chili powder |
1 dash garam masala |
Directions:
1. Gently fry the onion, garlic and carrots. Add the mince beef, beans and stock. Add spices and simmer until sauce has thickened and mince is cooked. |
