From Alex Jamieson's Great American Detox Diet. I like to omit the fennel seeds, because I don't like their flavor, but they're supposed to be good for the kidneys, liver, lungs, and digestion.
Ingredients:
4 cups water
1 teaspoon dried chamomile or 1 teaspoon fresh dried chamomile
1 teaspoon dried lavender
1 teaspoon dried mint or 1 teaspoon fresh mint
1 teaspoon fennel seed
1 teaspoon dried lemon balm or 1 teaspoon fresh lemon balm
Directions:
1. Boil the water.
2. Steep the remaining ingredients for 5-15 minutes.
3. Strain, and drink before bedtime.
