Ingredients:
250 g maida flour |
2 tablespoons oil |
oil (for frying) |
50 g mung dal |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 green onions |
1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper |
2 green chilies |
1/2 teaspoon garam masala |
1/2 teaspoon dhaniya powder |
1 inch ginger |
coriander leaves, finely chopped (for flavour) |
Directions:
1. Make masala paste by grinding it in a grinder. 2. Put 2 tbsp. 3. oil in maida and make a dough with the help of masala paste and water, if required. 4. Now make 20-25 balls of equal size and make puris. 5. Deep fry. 6. Serve hot with Dum Aloo. |
