A healthier version of meatloaf I tried tonight...
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs 90% lean ground beef
1 1/4 cups breadcrumbs
3/4 cup diced green pepper
2/3 cup diced onion
2 tablespoons parsley
1 tablespoon garlic
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons a-1 steak sauce
2 soy veggie burgers, thawed broken up
2 egg whites
1 whole egg
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Preheat oven to 350.
3. Bake for 1 hour.
