A healthier version of meatloaf I tried tonight... Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs 90% lean ground beef |
1 1/4 cups breadcrumbs |
3/4 cup diced green pepper |
2/3 cup diced onion |
2 tablespoons parsley |
1 tablespoon garlic |
1 cup ketchup |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons a-1 steak sauce |
2 soy veggie burgers, thawed broken up |
2 egg whites |
1 whole egg |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Preheat oven to 350. 3. Bake for 1 hour. |
