This is simply the BEST tomato soup I have ever made. Beat's Campbell's and Progresso by a mile and it's almost as quick because you use a can of tomato paste as your base. Ingredients:
6 oz tomato paste |
24 oz 1% milk |
1/2 oz feta cheese (crumbled) |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp dried basil |
1/8 tsp granulated garlic |
1/8 tsp dried onion |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large enough sauce pan and whisk together over a low heat until the soup is creamy. The feta should melt away and leave small bits of the cheese throughout. 2. Enjoy |
