Fresh, delicious guacamole. A recipe I created through trial and error and it's always a crowd pleaser. Delicious alone with chips or with fajitas. Ingredients:
2 large ripe hass avocadoes |
1 garlic clove, mashed with |
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 medium lime, juice of |
2 tablespoons fresh minced onions |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
2 tablespoons diced roma tomatoes, flesh only |
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Peel, pit and mash avocados, add remaining ingredients and gently mix together. Taste for seasoning. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips or with fajitas. |
