This breakfast is traditionally considered a beauty food in Poland, since it has almost full nutritional daily values for a person. Eat it for at least three weeks and you will see positive changes in your hair, skin, and nails! Ingredients:
2 tbsp hazelnuts, (7-10 pieces chopped) |
5 tbsp oats (not quick) |
6 tbsp water, boiled and cooled |
1 tbsp honey (or 1 tbsp pure maple syrup - 10 less calories than honey) |
135 g apple, (1 medium, shredded or chopped) |
4 tbsp yogurt, low fat |
1/3 cup seasonal berries |
Directions:
1. Put oats in a bowl and pour cold water over it, add chopped hazelnuts and honey. 2. Leave for 30 minutes or longer. 3. Add yogurt, apple and berries. 4. This breakfast should satisfy you for at least 5 hours. |
