My husband co-worker gave me this recipe. These are sinful. Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs confectioners' sugar |
2 cups creamy peanut butter |
1 lb margarine or 1 lb butter, softened |
3 teaspoons vanilla |
2 (12 ounce) bags semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. In a bowl cream butter, peanut butter and vanilla. 2. Beat in sugar. 3. Roll mix into small balls and place on wax paper. 4. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. 5. Melt chocolate chips. 6. Using a round tipped toothpick dip peanut butter balls into chocolate. Leaving a small area of peanut butter exposed. 7. Cool in refrigerator. |
