Beautiful Apple Cream Pie |

A nice change of pace for apple pie. Ingredients:
3/4 cup whipping cream |
2 tablespoons cinnamon red cinnamon candies |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup flour |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
4 1/2 cups thinly sliced peeled apples |
1 double crust pie crust, nine inches |
Directions:
1. Combine the first six ingredients; mix well. Add apples and stir gently to mix. Pour into a pastry lines pie plate. Place top pastry over the top. Cut slits in the top crust, seal to bottom crust and flute edges. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes or until pastry is golden and apples are tender.
