1 large egg white, unbeaten |
1 3/4 cups sugar |
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 cup boiling water |
Directions:
1. add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl - pour in boiling water and beat to consistency for frosting a cake. |
