From a Nestle promotion. Ingredients:
250 g dark chocolate |
300 g butter |
2 cups plain flour, sifted |
1/2 cup cocoa, sifted |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 3/4 cups brown sugar |
4 eggs |
100 g honey comb, chopped, i use a violet crumble bar |
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to 160 C. 2. Melt chocolate and butter in bowl over boiling water. 3. Set aside to cool. 4. Place flour, cocoa and baking powder in big bowl. 5. Add sugar, eggs and melted chocolate mix. 6. Stir till just combined. 7. Fold through honeycomb. 8. Spoon mix into greased and lined 20 x 30 cm slice tin. 9. Bake 40 - 45 minutes, cool in tin. |
