Here is a smoothie that is full of fruits,good for you and can substitute as a meal for breakfast or just an in-between meal snack. Ingredients:
4 large bananas |
20 strawberries |
2 cups blueberries |
2 cups crushed pineapple |
1 cup orange juice |
4 -6 cups cold milk |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon wheat germ |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender. 2. until smooth. |
