Here is a smoothie that is full of fruits,good for you and can substitute as a meal for breakfast or just an in-between meal snack.
Ingredients:
4 large bananas
20 strawberries
2 cups blueberries
2 cups crushed pineapple
1 cup orange juice
4 -6 cups cold milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon wheat germ
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
2. until smooth.
