I love pork chops but I didn't like grilling them as they often dry up, so I came up with this sauce to baste the chops with. Very tasty and juicy chops. cook time is estimated as each grill differs from one to another. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons veg oil |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 teaspoons ginger |
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder |
4 pork chops, bone in |
Directions:
1. Mix first 4 ingredients, and brush onto both sides of chops. 2. Grill chops, brushing with soy mixture every so often, until cooked through. |
