This is an excellent fish coating for deep fried fish. We have annual fish fries at our summer camp with all the pickerel (walleye) we catch and this is always a big hit. We use this same coating to coat french fries, yummy! Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1 cup parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons garlic salt |
2 tablespoons onion salt |
1 tablespoon basil |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Coat fish fillets on both sides.
3. Deep fry and enjoy.
