These are so good on a weekend morning serve with your favorite syurp and jams.......OH YEAH BABY Ingredients:
2 extra large eggs |
1 3/4 cups buttermilk |
1/2 cup butter |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 tablespoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. In a medium size bowl, whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, melted butter and vanilla. 2. In a separate bowl combine the remaining ingredients. 3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. 4. Prepare waffle iron by spraying with vegetable oil. 5. Preheat the iron. 6. Pour 1/2 cup of batter onto waffle iron. Cook according to your waffle iron instructions. |
