Ingredients:
1/3 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 shallots, minced
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Cook wine, vinegar, and shallots in a saucepan over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until liquid is reduced to 1 Tbsp. Cool. Stir in mayonnaise, tarragon, lemon zest, and pepper.
2. SERVE WITH any type of beef—from grilled hamburgers to steak sandwiches.
