Ingredients:
1 cup mung beans
1 cup haricot beans
1 cup urad dal
1 cup rice
1/2 tablespoon salt
Directions:
1. soak everything is water overnight.
2. Then grind in mixer into a coarse paste.
3. Keep in warm place for fermentation for 4-6 hours.
4. Add salt while grinding Then on griddle spread like a pancake and cook on both sides.
5. Can eat with any of chutneys or with Ketchup.
