An easy and tasting recipe for a special type of beans Ingredients:
200gr beans of purgatory |
some leeks, only the green part (i used leeks during the week and i had to use their green part) |
some celery |
salt |
olive oil |
parsley |
Directions:
1. Put beans in cold water for at least 1 hours (I left them for 3 hours). 2. Then boil them in lightly salted water, with leeks (only the green part) and celery , for 40-50 min, according to your taste. 3. When it’s ready, taste it with just olive oil and parsley. |
