Ingredients:
1 can(s) diced tomatoes |
2 tablespoon(s) dried cilantro |
4 clove(s) garlic |
2 cup(s) instant brown rice |
1 can(s) kidney beans |
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1 bulb(s) small yellow onion, diced |
1 dash(es) tobasco sauce |
1.75 cup(s) water |
1 whole(s) yellow pepper, diced |
Directions:
1. Boil water, add rice, bring to a boil, simmer for five minutes, let stand for five minutes. 2. Saute pepper, garlic, and onion in olive oil. 3. Strain and rinse beans. 4. When onion is translucent, add beans, cilantro, and then tomatoes. Bring to a slow boil. 5. Add rice and cook until thoroughly warmed. 6. Season with Tobasco sauce to taste. |
