Ingredients:
2 pound(s) smoked sausage |
1 onion diced |
2-16oz can(s) great northern beans undrained |
2-16oz package(s) turnip greens frozen, chopped |
1 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes dried, crushed |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) seasoned pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut sausage into 1/4-inch-thick sllices; saute' in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until brown. Add onion, and saute' 3 minutes. Stir in beans and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 to 20 minutes or until greens are tender. 2.
