Simple patties with slightly different taste. I love beancurd and this a recipe for beancurd lovers. Ingredients:
5 pieces beancurd, mashed |
250gm shrimps, chopped |
2 eggs, beaten |
2 potatoes, boil and mashed |
2 red chilies, seeded and chopped |
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves |
1 tbsp chopped spring onions |
25 gm all purpose flour |
salt and pepper to taste |
oil enough to fry |
Directions:
1. Mix beancurd, shrimps, eggs, potatoes, chilies, coriander leaves, spring onions and flour in a bowl. 2. Add salt and pepper to taste. 3. Make patties with the mixture. The size of patties depends on your likings. 4. Heat oil and fry patties until golden brown. 5. Serve with a dip. 6. Try it with the recipe dip I posted before. |
