This was a recipe that appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune and is a family favorite. Ingredients:
1 lb 96% lean ground beef |
1 onion, chopped |
15 1/4 ounces kidney beans, canned |
15 ounces white beans, canned |
16 ounces pinto beans, canned |
15 1/4 ounces corn, canned |
10 ounces tomatoes and green chilies, canned |
14 1/2 ounces stewed tomatoes, canned |
1 1/4 ounces taco seasoning mix |
1 ounce ranch dip mix |
Directions:
1. Saute ground beef and onion, drain. Add remaining ingredients (do not drain any cans). Bring to a boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Top with sour cream, tortilla chips and grated cheese. |
