Bean Sprouts With Scallions |

2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 (19 ounce) can bean sprouts, drained (or 1 lb. fresh bean sprouts) |
1 teaspoon salt |
4 scallions, cut into 1-inch pieces |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a skillet or wok. Add sprouts; stir fry for 2 minutes. Add salt, stir in scallions and cook for 2 more minutes. |
