Weight Watchers International 1977. Ingredients:
1 cup bean sprouts |
1/4 cup carrot, grated |
2 green onions, chopped |
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 teaspoon oil |
2 teaspoons sesame oil |
Directions:
1. If using fresh bean sprouts, pour boiling water over them; let stand 2 minutes. If using canned bean sprouts, wash them in running water; drain in colander. 2. Combine carrot, onion, soy sauce, oil, and sesame oil. 3. Pour over bean sprouts; mix. |
