An oriental flavoured salad. Ingredients:
12 oz. bean sprouts |
1/4 cup green onions, sliced |
2 tbsp. peanut or sesame oil |
2 tbsp. soya sauce |
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted |
1 tbsp. granulated sugar |
1 tbsp. vinegar |
1/4 cup red pepper strips |
Directions:
1. Put bean sprouts, onion and red peppers into a bowl. Combine oil, soya sauce, sesame seeds, sugar and vinegar. Pour over vegetables. Toss to coat. Serve immediately. |
