Bean Soup With Sausage

Wonderful soup easy to prepare. Serve with crusty bread.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 italian sausages, diced
1 leek, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 carrots, diced
2 celery ribs, sliced
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 cup small shell pasta
1 (400 g) can four-bean mix
1 1/2 liters water
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and add sausage. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until golden. Remove from sauce pan and set a side.
2. Add leak, garlic, carrot and celery to the saucepan and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes. Add stock cubes and 1 1/2 liters of water.
4. Bring to the boil reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Add pasta and beans and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until pasta is al dente.
6. Return the sausage to the soup and season with salt and pepper to your taste.
