Bean Salsa Ingredients:
14 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained |
14 ounces pinto beans, rinsed and drained |
14 ounces diced tomatoes, drained slightly |
14 ounces rotel tomatoes, drained slightly |
14 ounces corn, drained |
1/2 cup red onion, chopped |
1 medium green pepper, chopped |
1/2 tsp. garlic salt |
1/2 cup fat free italian dressing |
Directions:
1. Mix together and let sit for 3-4 hours. Add diced jalapenos or Tabasco to taste, if desired. |
