I found this recipe in an old cooking book, and made it once as a side dish for a BBQ dinner and it has been a hit ever since. I hope it's a hit when you try it. Ingredients:
1 can of red kidney beans |
1 can of corn |
1/2 of green pepper chopped up into small pieces |
1 jalapeño pepper (optional) cut up into small pieces |
**dressing |
1/4 cup of vegetable oil |
2 tbsp of soya sauce |
salt |
pepper |
1 garlic clove chopped up small |
Directions:
1. Drain and wash both kidney beans and corn and place in a bowl 2. add the green pepper and jalapeño and set aside 3. in a small bowl mix all the ingredients for the dressing and Wisk 4. add to beans and corn 5. And mix well |
