BEAN RELISH This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Corbett Estate in Fate, Texas in 1986. Ingredients:
2 cans red kidney beans |
1/2 onion chopped |
4 teaspoons horseradish |
4 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1/2 jar red pepper relish |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. 2. Serve with crackers. |
