This recipe came from Campbell's. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 zucchini, sliced |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
2 cans chicken broth |
1 1/3 cups water |
1 tablespoon parsley flakes |
1 can diced tomato |
1/2 cup uncooked pasta shells |
1 can kidney bean, rinsed and drained |
1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained |
2 celery ribs, sliced |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in saucepan. 2. Add zucchini and garlic powder. 3. Cook until tender-crisp. 4. Add broth, water, parsley flakes, tomatoes, and celery. 5. Heat to a boil. 6. Stir in pasta. 7. Reduce heat to medium. 8. Cook 10 min. 9. ,stirring occasionally. 10. Add beans and heat through. |
