Ingredients:
2 cups pinto beans |
1/4 cup mayonnaise or 1/4 cup salad dressing |
1 clove garlic, finely chopped |
1 1/2 teaspoons red chili peppers, ground |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 dash pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. 3. Serve with tortilla chips. |
