Bean and Corn Salad Ingredients:
3/4 cup white sugar |
3/4 cup white vinegar |
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
6 stalks celery, chopped |
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped |
1 medium red onion, chopped |
2 cups frozen corn |
15 ounce chick peas |
15 ounce dark red kidney beans |
Directions:
1. Mix dressing and add to drained and rinse beans and thawed corn. |
