1 cup onion, chopped |
11 ounce can corn |
14 1/2 ounce can tomatoes |
7 ounces black beans |
2 tbsp soy sauce |
1 tbsp chili powder |
2 tsp cumin |
1/2 tsp garlic powder |
1 tbsp paprika |
Directions:
1. Spray large saucepan with cooking spray. Saute onion until tender. Add tomatoes, beans, corn and soy sauce. Cook for a few minutes. Add spices and cook for another 2-5 minutes. Serve over hot rice. |
