Flavorful burger that I use for my BBQ days
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon onion powder (or mince up some fresh onions very finely)
1 tablespoon garlic pepper seasoning
2 slices cheese
4 slices bacon
1 lb ground beef (i use 93% lean)
Directions:
1. Cook the bacon as you would regularly.
2. chop the bacon into small bites.
3. grab the soy sauce, onion powder, garlic pepper and the bacon bites and mix it all into the ground beef.
4. (I use no measurements, i go by 3 things; smell; looks; and history of tasting the burger sorry).
5. once all mixxed cook the burger to your desire (medium for myself) on the flip add the cheese finish cooking to your desire and BAM! A Beams Burger.
