1 lb cheese, american, coarsely chopped |
1 (4 ounce) jar pimientos, drained |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Grind up the cheese and pimentos in a food processor until almost smooth, but with some small pieces of pimento visible. Scrape into a bowl and stir in the mayonnaise. |
