1 cauliflower, cut up into small pieces |
1 broccoli, cut up into small pieces |
2 small red onions, sliced thin |
1 (8 ounce) package sliced mushrooms |
1/2 cup mayonnaise (not miracle whip) |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
1/3 cup white vinegar |
1/4 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. combine liquid ingredients together, then mix with veggies. 2. Store overnight ( Bears repeating, must be made the day before), turning frequently. 3. It can be made in plastic garbage bag when making bigger batches, easier to toss and easy storage, then just pour into salad bowl when ready to serve. |
