Calories are close. I like to substitute Quinoa Pasta for the Whole Wheat Pasta. It increases the protien a bit.. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground turkey meat |
1 med sweet onion |
1 med bell pepper |
3 tbsp italian seasoning |
1 tbsp sugar |
1 tsp crushed red pepper |
1 tsp minced garlic |
2 lbs whole wheat spaghetti |
70 oz crushed tomatoes - actually 3 cans of hunt's traditional spaghetti sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine and brown on medium to low heat. Add to Spaghetti Sauce. |
