The secret to these delicious potatoes is to get the outside good and charred and the inside mealy, soft and fluffy. Ingredients:
6 scrubbed idaho potatoes |
1 cup sour cream |
3 tablespoons chopped chives |
Directions:
1. Place potatoes on grill 6 inches above gray coals and grill for 40-50 minutes, or until potatoes are easily pierced and skins are crusty and black. 2. Turn potatoes every 5 minutes. 3. Combine sour cream with chives. 4. Serve potatoes split open and topped with a mixture of sour cream and chives. |
