Ingredients:
1 whole wheat pita bread
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1/2 cup chopped cooked turkey
1 slice tomato
1/4 cup mild cheddar cheese or 1/4 cup monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend
Directions:
1. Spread pita bread with barbecue sauce; top with turkey, tomato and cheese.
2. Place on microwaveable plate.
3. Microwave on high 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
