If you don't have a panini grill, heat a skillet on medium heat. Cook sandwich 5 minutes on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides, gently press down top of sandwich with a spatula. Ingredients:
2 slices sourdough bread |
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce |
6 slices deli smoked turkey breast |
1 slice sharp cheddar cheese |
1 slice red onion |
1/4 cup baby spinach leaves |
Directions:
1. Heat panini grill to medium heat. 2. Spread bread slices with barbecue sauce; fill with remaining ingredients. 3. Grill 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides. 4. Enjoy! |
