1/3 cup olive oil |
3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon salt |
bottled barbecue sauce |
1 (14 ounce) package extra firm tofu |
Directions:
1. Drain tofu. 2. Slice tofu into 1/4 inch thick slices. 3. Combine remaining ingredients except for BBQ sauce with whisk and marinate tofu for one hour at room temperature. 4. Arrange slices on a baking sheet and bake at 400F for 20 minutes. 5. Flip slices and bake for another 20 minutes. 6. Remove pan, spread on BBQ sauce, and finish in oven for 5-10 minutes. |
