Even people who don't like seafood will wolf down these shrimp. Seems like a very classy dish, but really pretty easy to make and worth your time to give this one a try. Ingredients:
2 lbs jumbo shrimp |
1 cup olive oil |
1 cup dry sherry |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1/2 lb butter |
1 lemon, juice of |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
3 -4 dashes tabasco sauce |
Directions:
1. Comebine shrimp, olive oil, sherry, and garlic and marinate in refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours. 2. Melt butter in skillet. 3. Add lemon juice, salt, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and tabasco sauce and bring to a simmer. 4. Sautee shrimp in mixture. |
