Rub it on your Ribs or your Butt !! A sneaky but tasty twist to most pork rubs. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
2 teaspoons paprika |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon chinese five spice powder |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients. 2. Sprinkle onto meat of your choice. 3. Rub into meat. 4. Let meat marinate for at least 2 hours. 5. Bake or smoke pork until internal temperature reaches the magical Fall off the bone temperature of 200F (93C). 6. 1 teaspoon of natural meat tenderizer is optional. |
